How to get an API key?
API keys are important when you want to send a webhook or when you need to set up a specific integration. Below is a short guide on how to access the API key.
To have access to your API key, first go to Widgets page ↗️ in the Convolo Dashboard to view all your widgets. From there on, follow the steps below:
1. Select the widget you want to continue with by clicking on the name of the widget.
2. Open the Integrations tab, select and copy the API KEY to the clipboard.
🚨 If the “API KEY” field is empty, click the Generate API KEY button (or fill it in with the API key you want). Don't forget to SAVE after generating the API key.
